Who you are dealing with
These papers are sold by Synapse Academic Press. Contact: info@synapseacademicpress.com. By sitting a paper or buying the set you agree to what follows.
What you are buying
17 full-length online LNAT practice papers. Paper 1 is free and needs no account. The remaining 16 unlock together for a single payment of £49.99. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Access is guaranteed until at least 31 January 2028; we intend to keep the papers available well beyond that.
Each paper is a timed Section A of 42 multiple-choice questions on 12 passages in 95 minutes, followed by one essay from three titles in 40 minutes, with a written explanation for every question. Section B essays are timed, saved and shown back to you, with written practice feedback on each. That feedback is produced by an automated system and may be wrong; it is not a mark, score or grade, and we do not compare essays with any university’s marking.
We are not the LNAT
Synapse Academic Press is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the LNAT Consortium, LNAT Consortium Ltd or Pearson VUE. LNAT is a registered trade mark of LNAT Consortium Ltd, used here only to identify the test this material prepares for.
Every passage and question on this site is original material written to the LNAT Consortium’s published test format. These are not past papers and nothing here is reproduced from any official test. For registration, test dates and official practice material, go to the LNAT Consortium.
What we do not promise
We do not promise you any particular score, and we do not promise you a place at any university. Nobody honestly can. Admissions decisions are made by universities on grounds we have no part in, and they weigh the LNAT differently from one another.
We take care that the questions are sound — every one is solved by two independent readers who have not seen the answer key, and again with the passage withheld — but we do not warrant that the material is free of error. If you think an answer is wrong, use the report button on the explanation.
What you may do with the papers
You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the papers to prepare for the LNAT. That is it. You may not share your account, resell or redistribute the passages, questions or explanations, publish them anywhere, or use them to build or train any other product or model.
The passages, questions, explanations, trap families and the site itself are original work and remain our property. Anything you write — your Section B essays — remains yours; we store it only to show it back to you.
Cancelling, and refunds
Because this is digital content supplied immediately, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 work like this: you normally have 14 days to cancel for a refund, but that right is lost once supply has begun if you expressly asked us to start straight away and acknowledged at checkout that you would lose it.
Checkout asks you to tick a box confirming you want the papers unlocked straight away and that you understand this costs you the 14-day right. You cannot pay without it, and we record the acknowledgement against your payment. So once your papers are unlocked, the 14-day right no longer applies.
Separately from your legal rights, if the papers are not what you expected, write to us within 14 days and we will consider a refund on its merits. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including the right to a remedy if the papers are not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
Sit Paper 1 first. It is free, it is the whole product rather than a sample, and it costs you nothing to find out whether the rest is worth buying.
Your account and access
Keep your sign-in secure and do not let anyone else use your account. We may suspend or withdraw access, without refund, if an account is shared or the material is redistributed.
We will give reasonable notice if we ever have to withdraw the papers. If we withdraw them before 31 January 2028, we will refund you proportionately.
Liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for admissions outcomes, examination results, or losses that were not a foreseeable consequence of our breaking these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own country. Consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in are not affected.
Privacy
What we collect and why is set out separately in our privacy policy.
